Simone

With whatever money i had left i went to the movie theater... i was so full of stress i needed something fun to do... i found out "s1m0ne" a movie about a computer geek who creates an avatar and when he dies he sends the program to his favorite movie director (Al Pacino)... The director (an artie type of filmmaker) manipulates the media to make the world believe "Simone" is a real person acting on his movies... anyway... everybody loves Simone but they don't really like the filmmaker wich made him mad, and when the time came to tell the world Simone wasn't real, nobody wanted to believe it... the filmmaker had created a monster, from just a tool, it became more real maybe that the filmmaker himself... it made me think about lots of things, from the changes of personalities people get when they create this characters in chatrooms or wherever in the net... to the need people have to believe in something... i actually start thinking on the war that is coming...how many americans supports it... how they have that huge need to believe it's "american dream/land of the free market capitalist utopia" is for real, no matter what... anyway... i have to go, but... i'll be back
