Re-invention

Suppose I were to take a tiny tube filled with ink instead of a printer, so I can use that to write on printing paper directly instead of using a computer, and suppose I were to fold this paper somehow or put it in a paper bag (this could be a tiny paper bag, it only needs to contain but a few sheets of paper), and then I paste money on the paper bag and give it to someone who makes it his job to deliver this paper bag to the address I wrote on this paper bag in exchange for the money I glued to it. Can I get a patent on this?
